Blade Armor for Ice Hockey models use a 3 layered tape system, 1st layer is hockey tape to allow it to stick properly on hockey blade edge, 2nd layer is the 18 mil thick, 1/4 inch wide, 9.5 inches long chip protection blade armor tape and 3rd (top layer) is the vapor barrier tape for moisture control.

Blade Armor for Road Hockey is composed of a slightly curved specialized plastic tube cut down the center of plastic so it naturally will grip to both sides of hockey stick blade to protect the wearing down of blade edge.
